General Questions

Memorial jewellery is a special piece of jewellery designed to hold or represent something meaningful from a loved one, such as ashes, hair, fabric, or a fingerprint. Each piece is created to honour memories and keep them close.

Depending on the design, we can include:

  • Ashes

  • Hair or fur

  • Fabric (such as clothing)

  • Dried flowers

  • Sand or soil from a meaningful place

  • Fingerprints or handwriting (for engraved pieces)

If you’re unsure whether your keepsake can be used, feel free to contact us before ordering.

  • Place the inclusion (ashes, hair, fur, fabric, etc.) into a small, secure zip-lock bag or a clean, tightly sealed container.
  • For breastmilk

    1. Use leak-proof containers

      • Use breastmilk storage bags or sterile containers designed for freezing

      • Ensure they are completely sealed

    2. Double-bag for security

      • Place the sealed container inside a second zip-lock bag

      • Remove excess air and seal tightly
This helps prevent leaks if one bag fails.

  • Clearly label the bag or container with your name and order number.

  • Wrap the bag or container in soft padding (such as tissue or bubble wrap).

  • Place it inside a sturdy/padded envelope or small box.

We strongly recommend using tracked or insured shipping for peace of mind.

Your inclusion is handled with the utmost respect and care at every stage. Any unused material will be treated respectfully and handled according to our policies.

If you have any questions or feel unsure at any point, please don’t hesitate to contact us—we are here to help.

  • For ashes, only a very small amount is needed—usually less than a teaspoon.
  • For breastmilk, send just 10ml, fresh or frozen, and be sure to double bag it in a zip bag to prevent leakage.
  • For Hair a small lock is ideal
Any unused material is handled with care and either returned or disposed of according to your preference.
